Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Zombie AI makes short, fictional, AI-generated stories from two photos. This policy sets out what you may upload and create, and what happens if you do not follow it. It is part of our Terms of Service.
You may upload
- Photos of yourself.
- Photos of your own pet.
- Photos of another adult who has knowingly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video, and who understands what the result will be.
You must not upload
- Photos of anyone under 18.
- Photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
- Photos of people who have not agreed — no strangers, no ex-partners, no coworkers.
- Nudity, sexual content, or any sexualised depiction of a person.
- Content that depicts real violence, real injuries, gore or cruelty to animals.
- Content intended to impersonate a real person for deception, fraud or harassment.
- Content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful.
- Any content involving minors in a harmful or sexualised context.
What our systems do
Every uploaded photo is screened by an automated safety check before it reaches a model, and every finished video is screened again before it is delivered. If a check cannot complete, the generation is refused rather than allowed through. We also accept reports at support@zombieai.info.
What happens if you break this policy
- The specific video is refused and any credits used for it are returned.
- Repeated or serious breaches can end in suspension or termination of the account, without refund.
- We report content where the law requires it.
What this product is not. Zombie AI is not a tool for putting someone else's face into a video, and it is not for making realistic footage of real events. Every result is a clearly stylised, fictional AI story. The zombie look is pale skin and clouded eyes — there is no blood and no gore.
Reporting a problem
If you believe content made with Zombie AI breaks this policy, email support@zombieai.info with the link and a short description. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and sooner where there is a safety risk.
