Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zombie AI collects when you use the zombie trend video generator, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. Written in plain language on purpose.

What we store

• Your account. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address, display name and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Your photos. The two photos you upload are stored under private links and used only to create your video. They are not published, not sold and not used to train models.
• Your videos. Finished videos stay in your library until you delete them or the retention period ends.
• Your credits and orders. Balance, credit batches and purchase records.
• Basic technical data. Server logs needed to run and protect the service.

Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after the retention period shown on the site (currently 30 days), and immediately when you delete them. Videos remain available in your library while your account is active. Order and credit records are kept because they are financial records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Waffo, a merchant of record. Waffo collects your payment details, handles tax and issues your receipt. Zombie AI never sees or stores your card number. Waffo's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Who we share data with

• The video model provider, only to render the video you asked for.
• Our hosting and storage provider, to run the service.
• Waffo, to take payment.

We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

• Delete a video from your library at any time.
• Ask us to delete your account and its data.
• Ask what we hold about you.

Content and safety

Every uploaded photo is checked by an automated safety system before it reaches a model, and every finished video is checked before delivery. See the Acceptable Use Policy for what may not be uploaded.

Children

Zombie AI is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, and photos of children may not be uploaded.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
