Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Zombie AI for use of the zombie trend video generator. By using the service you accept them.

1. What the service does

You upload two photos and choose a story setting, a format and a quality. An AI video model then produces a short, fictional, stylised video. The result is generated content, not real footage, and it can differ from what you pictured.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep access to that account secure.
• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Your photos and your permissions

You may upload photos only of yourself, your own pet, or an adult who has knowingly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. You must not upload photos of other people without their consent, of anyone under 18, or of celebrities or public figures. You keep ownership of your photos; you grant us the limited permission needed to store them and render your video.

4. Content rules

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short: no sexual content, no nudity, no graphic violence, no content that impersonates a real person for deception, no unlawful or hateful content, and no attempt to bypass the automated safety checks.

5. Credits and payment

• Credits are bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• A 480p video costs 1 credit; a 720p HD video costs 2 credits.
• Credits do not expire.
• Payments are handled by Waffo as merchant of record, who also issues your receipt and handles applicable taxes.
• If a video fails to generate, the credits used for it are returned automatically. Refunds of money are covered by the Refund Policy.

6. Availability

Generation depends on third-party video models. Rendering usually takes a few minutes but can take longer at busy times, and a generation can occasionally fail. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Your content and our licence

You own the videos you create and may use them, including commercially. You grant us permission to store them and to show them in your library.

8. Suspension and removal

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law or by a payment provider.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
